This is a Mesa Lonestar 2x12 open back cabinet loaded with Mesa Black Shadow speakers.
It's in awesome condition and has the cool blue tolex. This cabinet was of course intended for the Lonestar amplifiers and sounds absolutely phenomenal with clean amplifiers. It's got a crisp yet warm sound. It won't destroy your ears with peaky high end. It'll cradle your tone balls softly, but with authority... However this cab absolutely dominates with high gain. The open back design has a deep and powerful low end that is somehow tighter than a dolphins blowhole. I used this regularly with a hot rodded JCM800 and a JP2C. If I didn't have the big boy 4x12 version that sucker punches you in the gut with tone, I wouldn't sell this.
Looking for $600 NJ/PA Local.
I live in Basking Ridge NJ and commute to Pottstown PA. I'd be willing to meet up somewhere along that hike.
