Let's start with the Marshalls.
I assume they are both capable of being run in 16 ohms, mono? If so, plug one speaker cable from an 8 ohm speaker output on your Roadster to the 16 ohm input jack on your 1960A cab, and then plug another speaker cable from the other 8 ohm speaker output on your Roadster to the 16 ohm input jack on your 1960BX. Done.
Two 16 ohm cabs run in parallel (that's the manner in which the speaker outputs on your Roadster head are wired internally) equate to an 8 ohm impedence, hence the need to use your 8 ohm speaker outputs on your Roadster.
I don't know the ohms of your Mesa cab to be able to answer the second half of your question.
