The first thought that entered my mind reading this was they gave the top $$$ clients to either people above you, or "preferred" sales reps i.e the ones licking the boots of management.2025, they took away my top customers and replaced them with new-to-me customers who aren't strategic accounts, and where we didn't have any key existing relationships. They also didn't adjust my sales quota target that was calculated based on my original customer list.
