Reminds me...

Many years ago, my then girlfriend and I went to Cancun for vacation, around spring break; we were in our twenties, and she was still in college. There were many 20 something vacationers there, and many of the women were sunbathing topless.

While we were on the beach, about every hour or two, I'd say lets go for a walk on the beach, and we did. After our second or third walk, she finally caught me checking out all the topless women as I would slow down or stop briefly.

She got angry and called me out on it, and I said, "look, if these women want to go topless on the beach, they should expect guys to look, right? I'm doing my part. It's my duty to look, so their efforts are appreciated." Didn't help much that day, but eventually she realized the logic. If they are going to go topless on the beach, men - including me - are going to look; and she should expect that.

She never went topless; nor would I have allowed it. What's mine is mine; and as long as it's mine I'm not sharing it.
