There seems to have been an increase in the number of peeps affected here in Oz recently. I remember hearing about 2 cases up-north just a few weeks back.
I suggest you take this as an opportunity to further clean up your game and work on your diet. I know, you already do that, as have I for 42 years now, but as you'd well know it's an ongoing process so my attitude is to always take what appear to be setbacks and turn them into motivation / opportunities to keep improving.
