FX loop question - series/parallel

If my amp has one send jack and one serial return and one parallel return, can I somehow run both loops at the same time.

Can I used an interface cable that splits the 2 signals from the pedals to the one send jack?

I’m trying to see if I can run a delay in the parallel loop and a noise gate in the series loop.

Most likely yes but the delay must have kill dry. Email manufacturer as every amp is different or just try it.

Depends on the amp. I've had amps that had both series and parallel and you could use both because they were each switchable. But not every amp is capable of that.
