Talked to several guys today that do their business selling speakers. Jim at Southbay amps/scumbacks thinks the 65's would sound the best altogether, in otherwords 4 in a 4-12 cab. So do 8 out of 10 of the other guys I asked. I just listened to bob's vid, they sound nice.

I am thinking for my re-issue greenbacks cab running two h-75 scumbacks with them, They are the equivalent to h-30's from the 60's. That is where I am on it right now. Thanks for all the help. I will be getting 4 of the gt-65's 1st chance I get for a marshall cab I have in storage. The gt-65 heritage speakers, are they the ones you guys are talking about or are you guys out there trying to score the originals from the 80's?? Just curious about that little detail.

What is fair money on the originals?
