Slash used it on Civil War and live until 1993 too. Kirk Hammett used them live from 1991-2003. It is such a unique sound that Ioved even before playing guitar, but listening to Vai and Slash use it I was drawn to it. Fast forward a few years and I buy my first wah pedal, a Dunlop 535Q (original version). It was and is a great wah....but not what I was looking for and quickly learned that! haha....So I began to search for the EMB Audio Remote Wah but it seemed like I would run into Bigfoot before even locating a wah. Finally after about 10 years, I found one! Bought it quickly and then about a year or 2 later I found another in Japan. That was the result of many many many years of searching and asking around but it paid off. Fast forward to just a few years ago and I located the original builder! We then decided to work together and release brand new Wah pedals. Crazy crazy turn of events.

I remember a guy from the HC forums several years ago that had a couple of these and I'm assuming that was you. Love the wah tone Vai and Slash had back in the day. Nice to hear you're capturing the sound for others to use! If you need a tester....![]()
