Jackson Custom Shop orders have stupidly long lead times and they have had quite a few well documented instances of not following the build sheets. That seems to have gotten a bit better over the past few years but its worth noting.

Once you get beyond the wait and actually get what you order, they still build great guitars.

That goldtop Kelly is off-the-hook cool!

I have four in the oven. Still waiting on the first 20 months later.

I hope to have it in March or so.

I have two Jackson USAs, a standard KV2 and an SL2H Custom shop. Both are excellent instruments and compared to my ESP Standards, compelled me to go Jackson CS. I would recommend it whole-heartedly.

You can now do Jackson Custom Select which are basically the standard Jackson USA Select guitars with a few minor tweaks. So if you want a different colour, headstock, etc. More of an options thing. They're quoted to be a 90 day build time, however they usually take ever so slightly longer in reality.

Check out the JCFOnline forums and see the threads there.

Me that's killer. I've had a KE2 Kelly, KV2X LimitedEd. King V, RR1 Rhodes and WR1 Warrior. All were incredible guitars and all were sold to cover financial obligations.

You can't beat a good USA Jackson IMHO.

I am sure it is not your thing Reza but a custom shop Warrior is an amazing guitar.

The other poster was right about the jcfonline forum, those guys are Jackson custom shop Guru's.

Go Custom Select if you don't want any crazy options or paint jobs. It is a 120 days wait period (they keep close to this schedule, add a few weeks) and custom shop quality. I got my custom select Soloist this month and it is killer. You can't beat an USA Jackson.

They are pretty notoriously bad at keeping on schedule. Quality wise..I have only owned one but played 3. They were solid guitars for sure!

However, I feel like you can snag some at an absolute STEAL on Ebay and on here. Someone was selling an orange CS Jackson for like 1800-2000 a few months ago !!!

I want reverse headstock. fender headstock. but reversed.
I want things.

Don't we all   The reverse headstock is on the order form. That is the pointy one. The fender one is not mentioned. Why dont you call a dealer to be sure? The normal custom shop wait time is annoyingly long. Otherwise you would have to hunt the used market for a PC1 or something like that ?

I dont think you can get a fender headstock on anything but a PC-1 or Adrian Smith model. Unless you order either of those models through the custom shop...

Just buy two guitars, one PCM for the neck and the one you want the body for....exchange the neck and voilà! you got your ultimate custom jackson for a fraction of the cost :D #smartass

This one belongs to Dave from Revocation.

I used to dislike the Warrior as well. I like it now that I've seen this. As well as the other ones the guy from Revocation plays. I'm not much of a fan of the band, but damn they look good. He has a white one with black binding and bevels.
