Yeah. They did some stuff to the clean channel and they overhauled the power section and put 6550 tubes in it.

Correct me if I am wrong. I was told that they put kt88's in the power section,almost the same tube as 6550.And yes he did spruce up the clean channel.

You're right. I just read in a couple of spots some people had heard there were kt88's in the new one. 6550's were in the original prototype.

i played the new uber w/ new uber cab. It sounded way better. Much bigger, tighter, aggressive sounding than before. Reinhold is still doing some tweaking
