Going to be using one at practice. So easy to pop out of the box and setup. No more sound at my ankles, lol.
I was debating on getting one of these for my Marshall DSL40CR 1x12 combo, how big is the sound difference with it on the stand versus the floor?

Wanted to read this. Was debating getting one as I've been using this crappy wooden wedge. Gator make great gear - as does Hercules. wanna get my Atma angled up as no combo should ever just "point forward at foot level". Incoming thanks to this ?

I used it at practice the other day and didn't have to turn up as loud. It was great! Obviously there is less bass frequencies going into the floor but so much clearer.

One warning though if uou get one. You kind of set it at an angle but you gotta make sure you completely clamp it down or it will open up. I didn't realize that whrn I got it, lol.

Once you clamp it, it won't budge and is solid.

I used to use an On-Stage RS7500 Tilt-back Tripod Amp Stand back when I had a combo, really preferred it that way compared to being on the floor (because I'd wind up sitting on the floor to hear it best lol). Totally worth it if you prefer combos.

I've still got it laying around if anyone wants to buy it off me...

If I played a combo I’d install some fender tilt back legs

I had a gig last night and the stand did an amazing job with the Orange Super Crush 100. The sound just kind of goes around me and so easy to hear. The Super Crush 100 is a solid state combo and had the volume at around noonish.
