You need to be more specific than Germany...

Wow, we're going deep here! I honestly don't remember the studio without looking it up, but was the city Cologne?

sahlomonic, that's awesome that you listed Tungus Grump

paulyc got both the big ones pre-Dokken

I missed Sargeant Rocks... never knew Tungus Grump was a band, I know it was Lynch's touring alias...lol

Yeah I knew it was his hotel check in alias, but later heard it originated from a band he was in maybe his high school years

I don't doubt it was a band, given Lynch's sense of humor. I went to a clinic he did around the time Dysfunctional came out, at a defunct store in New Hamphire...my guitar playing buddy and I got there SUPER early to avoid traffic, and we caught George eating Chinese food (with chopsticks), so we started talking, and my buddy asks him " How do you like Nude Hampster ?" , George spat his food out he laughed so hard (he was outside the store in the parking lot so it was all good) and repeated Nude Hampster several times...

Dieter Dierks (sp ?) Studio B

He produced the Breaking the Chains album ? That album sounds pretty weak and Dieter produced some killer sounds on the Scorpions records

No, they just used his studio. They didn't have their own cabs either, they used the Scorpions cabs. Lynch had his guitar, his Echoplex all apart on the floor, and some pedals.

Oh yeah, Dierks worked on a lot of stuff that sounds amazing, especially the stuff he did with Accept !

Didn't Michael Wagner do Accept ? He was IN Accept with Udo before Wolf I think...

George Lynch was once a guitar teacher. Which legendary guitarist did he replaced as the new guitar teacher and which amp did he used to teach these lessons?
