Very cool. I might have to think about that one. I'm having Mike build me one now with the original specs. When I was part of Tone Merchants it was there and sounded bad ass.

"Original Specs" I thought not much has been changed on the design of these since the start of production ?

I think the filter caps are layed out differently. They are direct mounted to the board (lay flat) and not horizontal with zip ties like the earlier models.

I remember reading that George said he loved mixing the SLO and an old Marshall (the '68 he has I guess), basically saying it was bliss but he's such a gear chaser he just keeps on chasing...

I'll bet this is the SLO used on the Lynch Mob albums that always sounded amazing to me

I have it sitting right in front of me.
Looking at it now.
It was used on "smoke and mirrors"
Don't know what was up with it at the shootout...(dunno if it needed a retube...wasn't dialed in right....dunno)
But it sounds freaking killer and i have ALOT of amps to judge it against.
May just have to keep it for myself !!

No Clean/Crunch toggle, no loop, a few other little tweaks. Obviously no mods.
