Probably gonna cost more than a 79-81 Silverburst considering a regular LPC is $4700 new nowadays. Unless they make him a Studio or Classic Custom model.

I don't see the point. You can get the exact same guitar Jones uses... I had three original LP Silverbursts at one point. They are out there. And Gibson made Silverburst reissues already. So what exactly is a "signature" guitar of a guitar that was already in production? Maybe they'll load it with pickups to his spec or something and maybe pre-age it? I dunno. Good for Jones though.

Exactly this. I can’t picture him finally coming clean about his gear after all these years, and I’m not one of the believers that it’s a straight JB in the bridge.

Wasn't there a thread showing the cavity of his guitar? Seemed like a replaced bridge vol pot with stock tone pots. Norlin silverbursts came with 100k tone pot. I wonder if that was the key...

I can't get rid of the 100k tone pot in mine fast enough though.
