How are them compared to the regular boomer? Less tension? Easier to play?

Their description:

Thin Core Boomers are perfect for those who want to push the limits of speed and dexterity to the next level. With their slightly smaller core, these Boomers provide lightning fast action and faster speed runs as well as more precise arpeggios and musical bends.

I tried these a while back. They do have less absolute tension per set than std core, so if you float your trem, you will need to adjust your spring tension. I found the wound strings to be just enough softer tension, that it really threw off my picking. Wound strings felt ‘floppy.’ Maybe I didn’t give it enough time to adjust, but I didn’t dig them.

To be fair, I play 9s tuned down to Eb, so I’m already doing myself enough favors as far as string tension goes. These might be a welcome relief to folks who tune to pitch or who are going with a set of Thin Core 10s

Same(Eb with 9s) since forever. I thought maybe it would give closer the same feel I'm used to E tuned guitars.

I use 0.09 for standard tuning, but sometimes the plain strings feel thin. So was thinking to try 0.10 of thin core, or the standard 0.095-44 standard boomers.
