GHS ZW 10-60 to D'Addairo 11-56 Drop B

Hey guys had a quick question, my Epi LP currently has GHS ZW .010-.060 setup for drop B and bout due for change of strings (going out of tune, etc.) plus I noticed the low .060 and couple other strings have been buzzing when playing, I have another set of .010-60's but I was wanting to know if this set of D'Addairo .011-.056's I had if I changed one string out at a time would be ok and not screw up the intonation, etc. too bad? We got a show tomorrow

My Charvel is setup for drop B too and I have those Ernie Ball Beefy Slinky's on it but I hate that plain 22 string!!
