Gibson classic 57 plus... As a neck pickup.

I'm not familiar with the 57 classic, but the Air Norton should sound REALLY good in the neck.

Actually thats what I did to my Traditional...I took the Classic+ out of the bridge and put it in the neck and threw a Custom Shop Duncan '78 in the bridge. I think it sounds good!

I am sure I will like the Air Norton, but I don't like that it is not polished. I was also looking at the Suhr SSV+ for the neck. I may take a ride to Sam Ash and get an Air Norton.

Not polished? Chrome or gold? You can get the air norton in polished chrome. The air norton is killer dave

Hahaha. I don't want covers.... I was talking about the black plastic looking dull when compared to everything else. I have a tone zone that has a "flat" appearance.

Not familiar with the "plus" version, but I have a '57 Classic in the neck position of a LP and like the tone.
