Didn't someone on here just pick one up and post a 'NAD' in the past month or so?

EDIT: it was Will ('King Loudness'), wasn't it? I think he got the metallic pink/coral version...

I believe he is referring to the Brand New Les Paul custom lite
 
Looks cool and priced right if the thin body still sounds full. Not sure if the Classic Custom is a better value.

I saw it in a Sam Ash catalogue mailer...

Maple neck, rosewood board, 50's neck, cheaper plasticy inlays bindings like the midtowns....
Thin! Dunno, if your going on that much of a diet get an SG... I don't like how planky the LTD Paul's sound so....

So, what is the consensus on this new version of the Custom Lite anyways? Is it any good? Or do the fit and finish - and fingerboard - suck? Tone?
 
I played one at the Guitar Center in Lawndale, CA. It was alright but it wasn't even that light in weight
