Gibson Les Paul G0 incoming...

Plain top CS Les Paul from Guitar Center I'm told (It was imported to UK by the previous owner). Same as the R0? I'm not sure, I haven't played an R0, but the general review of the G0 is extremely positive

Look at the serial number. If it's a more modern CS re-issue it'll usually have a two part serial number...

ie

6 8124 would be an R6 made in 2008, 124th guitar off the line.

0 1124 would be an R0 made in 2011, 124th guitar off the line.

A regular production model has a longer serial number, and I'm pretty sure it's all one piece.

In the pickup cavity on mine says R0 but on the headstock it says G0

According to Google the G0 is a plain top R0 especially made for Guitar Center. Nice score!!
