Any word on this happening in the near future? Details/features 2ch or 3ch ect, version?

I assume it'll be two channel (seems like the circuit boards for the Dual reissue has the spaces for the triple components).

I think I've read that it's expected to be black chassis and chrome faceplate.

Pretty sure Cesar’s latest video has the new triple. It’s a black chassis triple but it’s sort of hidden behind him. No idea when they plan to release. Maybe spring?

It needs to be a blackout triple since they are familiar with mind control.

It really needs a chrome chassis option. 90’s 2-channel Triple Rec in chrome with black diamond plate would pretty much be the ultimate forever Recto.

Fuck that. This hype is overrated. This isn't a bumper on a truck. The blackout is all metal bro. Plus the chrome gets so dirty unless its behind glass in some collection that is just for looks.

All of you are wrong. All-black Rectos look great sure but a chrome chassis Recto is possibly the coolest looking amp of all time.

And who needs to read the front panel anyway. Each channel only has 6 knobs. Easy to memorize.

It’s hard to deny how badass a chrome chassis recto looks but there is nothing more frustrating than trying to read the control labels on stage. I find it tortuous

So much for all of us being wrong. Read the room bro, the blackout is metal. Especially for the triple.

Not saying all-black doesn't have its advantages.

all-black: more evil looking, more legible, more practical
chrome chassis: still the most badass looking. Yes it's a nightmare to read if you have to but still looks cooler.

Respect you all my dudes but I will totally die on the hill that chrome Rectos are undeniably more awesome looking. :)

Jesus Christ, it’s two identical 6 knob rows of controls, plus one global master that isn’t always in play. No pullout functions, no switches, etc. Just memorize those 6 controls and you’ll be fine lol

I get the argument for a chrome chassis on a dual. The chrome is a classic look for rectifiers. I personally hate it, but I dont want to force my opinion on others.

That said, the tripple is METAL. I dont think rock guys even play that amp. Rock guys generally want tiny little lunchbox 20 watt amps anyway

Sounds nice in theory. Only someone who’s ever had to do it would say something like this. And the back panel is an even worse pain

YES THEYRE COLABORATING AS WE SPEAK. THE JP 1.8 / UM IM NO MARKETING "GENIUS" BUT WOULDN'T GIBSON THAT BRANDS THEMSELVES AS "AMERICAN" BENEFIT FROM BEING RUN BY ACTUAL "AMERICANS" ?
OR ARE THEY SO FAR OFF THE BEAM AND TOO FAR GONE TO REALIZE THAT ASKING FOR A FRIEND -

Love the look of a chrome chassis. Keeping it clean is a pig though and it can be hard to read for sure. That said, owning a Stiletto and knowing that accidentally knocking the controls when cleaning leads to an hour of fine tuning everything all over again, I’ll happily live with a chrome chassis recto….
