Same here. I don’t like doing only one thing at a time. Most of today I’ve been wiring up an amp I’m working on. Right Talk is nice background noise for me while I’m doing tedious things.
Tedious explains most of my job as well.

Slow going because I’m designing as I build into something that isn’t an amp chassis, but I’m getting there. Thank god for step drill bits.

Not sure where I’ll mount the boards yet but got the heaters wired up and most of the power transformer, but I’m still deciding on how to wire the mains.

Not sure if I’ll need an HT fuse or not so I might still need to drill another hole, but it’s mostly the boring part now.

That looks like wood. Like maybe door trim ? Where are you getting the parts ? Like all new shit or scavenging it ? What's it gonna be when you're done ?

I think it was some kind of signage before hand. The gold spray paint was already on it.

Most of those are parts I salvaged from previous experiments, so not new but barely used. Just stuff I’ve acquired over years of buying more than I needed.

I’ve never tried a trem circuit before so I had to order a 3mra pot, should be here tomorrow

Well dude, that’s all well out of my wheelhouse. Seems like a fun and cool thing to do. Post some pics when you’re done.
