I dunno why yall bring up the “live with mom” thing, (well I know why, they are morons) when I’ve openly talked about my girls being the 4th generation to live in the house my grandfather built. I factually live in my grandmas house, just not with my grandparents or parents.
It lets my wife be a stay at home mom which I think can be an invaluable thing.

and more importantly; I’m not letting some out-of-towner buy a family home of ours. They will have to pry this from my cold dead hands.

Or unless we have another kid, cuz there is no room left
