Good demo of Peavey Invective. Worth a listen.

I know there's a few threads and a number of very unimpressive clips but I just found this and it's worth a listen for sure. Sounds killer. Not sure if you all have seen it or if it was already posted.

 
Man that amp sounds good. Especially the part with the delay and reverb going in the loop.

I know tone is in the ear of the beholder and the wallet. :)

Do you think it sounds good to the tune of $1899?

My gut tells me I would have to try before I buy!
 
Luckily my guitar center stocks Peavey as their high end amps :lol: :LOL:
 
I still can't really judge amps properly with clips, I find they are a big "feel" thing too nowadays. Would love to try one of these IRL!
 
I thought that was misha. That was best demo I've seen. I've been eyeing this guy
 
That's more than just "worth a listen" material - that sounds great!!
 
This demo sounds really good. Sounds like Peavey may have a hit on their hands.
 
Saw this last week. Wish he coulda used the sig cab over the zilla. Those zilla's sound excellent.
 
I think the main difference with the sig cab is that its pine
 
It's going to be a good shot in the arm for Peavey. That's the best demo so far for sure and WAY more promising than any of the NAMM ones. Take into account how the idiot was captured and it still sounds good. Like I said in another thread, as long as it's not on the exclusions list for the general 15% sales, I'll likely grab one unless a KSR Gemini comes up at a stupid price.

Wonder if you could Brown that up a little.

Clean sounds okay.
 
Sounds great to me as well. Tons of options for the price point. I would never buy boutique, this amp will have no problem competing with the big boys. The name however is very INEvective
 
If Peavey is made in China now thats one of the most high gain ive heard from China.
 
Just wait for all the djent kiddies to buy them the flip them because they will never sound like Misha. There's so much more to his sound than that amp. I'm predicting $1250 - $1400 shipped/PPd for a used one.

Those Juggernaut pickups are a HUGE factor, massive mid range tuned for what he does. That Jackson guitar is too.

I can't wait to hear that amp with other pickups and guitars...
