Good, warm, quality sounding 12AT7's?

I'm looking to tame my Randall a bit more, and add a bit more clarity.
I've got a JAN/Phillips 12AT7 in V1, and a JJ ECC82 in V2. It's worked wonders, but I may look for another in place of the JJ, and do V3 & V4, as well as the stock Ruby 12AT7 in the phase inverter.

Please, nothing $30 a tube - under $20 would be nice.
