...And they didn't fix it. They had it for a month now and didn't fix it at all, and to top that off the presence circuit doesn't work now, and they did a pretty bad job inside the amp. They burned some of the covering off of a cap, gouged a couple traces and soldered lugs to them to reconnect them, and re-soldered some resistors back to the board poorly. I should've taken my amp to a better tech, and saved the one month wait on my amp making no progress.
I am going to call a different tech, and see if they can figure out what is wrong with my amp.
