I have been through a few Traditionals. The one I still have is the best of the bunch, but really they were all good.

So congrats on the new axe!

As far as the stock pups. I immediately pulled them out of every one I had. Dark and muffled compared to what you can get out there. Guitarforce Superstars are my favorite. The Rebelfire is a great one for LPs too.
I also really liked the MCP Detroiter I had in one of them.

I didn't like the 57's in the bridge position on my 2012 Trad + (profile pic) it was a bit harsh and top heavy. I could live with neck version but I tossed a set of DiMarzio 36th anniversary's which are awesome in that one
