Got my Ratter double bound Telecaster body, great work!

Was getting tired of dumpster diving for a double bound tele body for my Andy Summers clone and so I bugged Mike enough for him to make it

He contacted me and said that the alder he received was heavy and let me decide if I wanted a lighter piece, pretty cool of him to do that and hell yeah I wanted the heavier piece anyways Sent some in-progress pics and the final product and said I still had no obligation to buy it, I explained we had a deal that if he built it I would buy it right then and there.

Mike was great to work with and I like the fact that a formite that I have known for years made the body for me, much mojo being that it came from a basement and not some factory pumping out 64782438932 guitars a day.

I was at this show, 1986 at the Meadowlands....

I saw them 5 times prior to this and this was their finest show imo, it was back to their roots and Sting tamed down the frilly crap.
