+1 Oh yeah  I was thinking of doing a thread here too about it, to give it more attention. It's hard not to gush about this clip...it's that good

hey, thanks guys! really appreciate the kind words

my playing can't hold a candle to most of you guys on this forum however. The chops I've heard from just the guys in this thread make me want to go hide in the woodshed.

I replied to this one at netmusicians. This his best clip to my ears. I love it! Actually got me interested in the Wizard. Keep it up!

That's an awesome sounding amp! Also Eric is a good dude overall

That was some of the best tone I've heard in years.

I'd kill to have that sound in the room.

Very nice man, very nice indeed.

That sounds fucking killer!!! I love it and yes.... That had to be boosted because its got that sound!!!

AWESOME!!!

thanks guys, really glad you guys liked it. Thanks for all the kind words too, the feeling is mutual.

One word of caution for you guys interested in these amps, especially you Gibby, since I saw your IIC+ thread. As much as I love this amp, it's one loud mofo. The volume taper hits earbleed pretty damn quick. Think of a very efficient old non master vol marshall, and you basically get the picture. It does have quite a bit of gain in the preamp, but no master and no fx loop means you are basically killing small animals within a certain radius when jamming. Awesome sounding amps if you don't have to worry about volume issues however, it just grinds like crazy in person, hard to do it justice really.

but no master

No master ?
hehe, nope, clean ch and lead ch vol, both with pull boosts, along with a lead gain control that doubles as a push/pull ch select.

Hmm, my MC had a MV on the lead ch. But at 2 it was loud as hell. My Wizard Metal has a better MV, still loud but not like the MC. Like I said at the clips section, love this clip.
