I got some blue or grey pics with a wolf’s head on them and I really like them. Plus they were pretty cheap….got em from mf awhile back… can’t remember what they are though….

Sorry, I meant to type .88 Dunlop (green). That's what I mainly use.

I find under 1 mm starts to flex too much for me. I tend to prefer 1.14 - 1.5 or so. I use 1.14 and 1.38 the most.

if you can't get it done with basic cheap Fender picks, IDK what to tell you.

I honestly don't know how any of these guys play like this - are they literally never playing riffs?

I use either dunlop nylon 1.0 (the black ones) or the black jazz IIIXLs depending on if i'm playing complicated leads or not, but either way with either pick they only last a few days max.

Which is fine because they are both like 50 cents each or some shit

for several years I was using pointless picks; guess I was the only one because they went out of business. I still have a few around. the center bevel means I rarely drop them; the color indicates the thickness, the blue is 1.0 mm; I use the red mostly, 0.5 mm.

even picks with grips would often slip, slide or turn on me once I started sweating...they still do, and grips don't help much, so I went back to basic Fender picks; I use mostly medium; but have some thin and heavy too.
