C'mon people lol. Roth couldn't even sing during his last tour with Eddie , Wolfgang and Alex.
Maybe if he wasn't doing his schtick, he might be able to do something passable.

I was thinking the same thing.
I really don’t understand why they don’t. (Well, DLR is involved, so…) Seems the venture would be financially beneficial for all involved.

You don’t go to see DLR for a display of vocal prowess. You go to see DLR to witness a spectacle, a cultural phenomenon even. And this would be backed by a band of virtuosos who can STILL bring their A game. It would be massively popular, imho.

You should go and read all the feedback from the attendees from the last VH tour with DLR , it was one of the most brutal relentless assaults on Dave I've ever come across . People were furious lol.

Everybody thought Eddie was on fire but they said Dave was soooooooooo baaaaad that they couldn't believe the band actually had the gall to charge $$ for it and that was a long time ago . I have a feeling he hasn't improved .

Yeah I was at one of those last VH with DLR shows - he was fuckin awful lol

Ad libbing tons of bullshit and just straight up skipping a lot of the lyrics, on top of sounding like shit

Gregg is the fuckin man though

I feel you guys, but I just kinda expect shit vocals from a live DLR up front. I go in with that expectation ahead of time.

It should have happened years ago . If they're thinking about it then do it, don't wait any longer. Maybe the grind of touring is just too much at this point who knows

Seeing and hearing Eddie on that your, he was nailing it and the tones were phenomenal. I was grinning from ear to ear. Dave on the other hand, was doing a stage performance like "Cats" on Broadway. The adlibs were the same lines I'd heard on YouTube already. I wish he just would have been himself. They looked like they were having fun though.
