Well sir, i’m now at the age I am about to start downsizing. I had my fun but at 52 my body hurts and time for better diet, cardio, and only lift light weights. My body is too torn up. Just want to be healthy and feel good. Maybe less gym time will give me more guitar practice time lol

Well, you are of an impressive size and build for a man your age. I couldn't do that if I poured every waking hour into getting there. My body wouldn't take it and I lack the genetics to begin with.

Man I'm glad to hear you are doing better and not giving up! A lot of us here have health issues also. I credit the good Lord, Rig Talk, and the guys here with helping me through the toughest 2 years of my life health wise.
