From time to time I like to cover different bands with my Hellion to express how versatile it is and how close to the core tone on the album I can get within reason. For this example, and thanks to Blake for the inspiration, I chose STP's Dead and Bloated. As usual, the guitar tracks were left untreated, no eq or post processing of any kind. Signal chain - LPC straight into Hellion - Friedman 4x12 with SM57 on a V30 into an HA-73 mic pre fed to an Audient ID14 interface. Two rhythm tracks panned hard left and right.
