Guitarist needed for a modern rock band I manage!

I do not see why you guys are hung up on your age ..... I work with people 20 years older and 20 years younger than me all the time. Have a more open mind about this nonsense.

I think it comes from the industry being hung up on age, which it can be. Trust me I'm 45 and feel no different then I did 25 years ago, my playing, singing and writing is light years ahead of where it use to be, hell I could be in this band if I wanted, I just can't tour right now. I didn't say anything about age in the opening post but I personally see a little skinny 20 year old rockstar standing next to her. I think for this project image is important and I don't have the luxury of being unrealistic, those days are long gone. There's a lot money riding on this and it has to be done right.

On another note we just got a rough back of the video for the song 'Hold On To You', it looks killer.

i'd jump on it. nothing to lose myself except moving. wouldnt be a problem for me at all complexity wise but its not my music style - i doubt they will like the european style of music that i write nowdays with rhythm, keyboards, and lead guitar.

You should give Gregg Cash an email. Though I will tell you this not really about 80's chops at all, it's more about a rhythmical vibe and feel, especially the second half of the record. Some drop tuned stuff, (C#, C, B) that really is about the right tone and feel. More Evenesence, Breaking Benjamin, A Perfect Circle. So for a guy that's into RR, VH, Ratt etc this may not suit you and you may not suit it but give Cash an email if you want to check it out. I really feel this is going to be big, without going into details, let's just say there's a lot on momentum behind this.
