Like I said.. SO MANY ... even average dudes. But there was really only one who created it all so nobody else matters. They can even be " better". They didn't write the material though. So to me I don't pay attention to the clones. ( listen to the nerd at the beginning doing Blitzkrieg)

I haven’t seen one of these guys whip the guitar around their neck right after throwing it 20 feet in the air and catching it mid solo. While wearing 10lbs of jewelry, a pirate shirt, spandex and cowboy boots.

lol so true.. that's the other thing with Yngwie. The kicks, pick flips, the low lunge, the pitter patter run on the spot step ... signature moves. Yes he stole some but nobody was doing that while doing crazy harmonic minor runs.

All I hear in this thread is proof that Malmsteen is the total package .. yes these dudes can play "like" him but none of them even come close to sounding like him

Yup, that's essentially it. I love that he is loud and proud and stays true to his pirate shirt image 24/7. You see that guy walk into a room and you know he is somebody even if you have never heard his music.
