H90 or two or three other pedals?

I have three strymon pedals in this rack with an rjm music gizmo controlling them but want to complete it maybe with an Eventide h90. I already have a brigadier, orbit and ola. (analog delay, flanger, and chorus). I love the sound and simplicity but am looking to get some reverb, pitch, etc. which way would u go for around $900?

I need to ask if you're running a rack, why not use rack fx? Pedals are easier to use and cheaper so that's a good reason. Purely for sound quality though, i'd go into Eventide/Lexicon rack territory.

The H9 I had did an ok 'poor mans Eventide Eclipse' and would be great live, so if the H90 is similar to that or better, it should be pretty damm powerful

I actually prefer the sound and power of the H90 over the eclipse v4 so far from video clips. The updated user interface is also welcome. Plus in the H90 you get new algorithms that the eclipse doesn’t have.

Sweet.. I'll have to have a listen of this H90.. I think the day will come when the sound of pedals equals the nice rack stuff... you can see it getting closer and closer

I have an H9 and only use two algorithms... lol! No one does micropitch and crystals as well as Eventide.

I'm sure the Eventide sounds incredible and is a lifesaver for the guys who use it, but for me personally, my own rule is that if it's on a pedal board, it can't have menus and I have to be able to adjust everything instantly.

So, I'm going with pedals.

It’ll be mounted in a rack. Just want some good reverbs, pitch and maybe some weirder effects to play with. Have a gforce still but trying to get a better sounding unit.

Just got my H90 yesterday. So far I love it! Just working through some settings but so far, amazing!

So much easier to use and adjust quickly.
