When I had my hagen I just alternated the white and black knobs... made it super easy to tell the channel strips apart... top strip was white, then black...then white...looked really sharp... you successfully made your Hagen look ridiculous

Nail polish or model paint. I cannot find these knobs in color just blk n white.

I think it's a cool idea. The knob layout is my biggest gripe about the amp. Who cares what colors you use to quickly tell each channel apart?

It also tells me you don't plan to sell it anytime soon...

No Hagen is the Tone Quest End. It's the sound in my head. Herbert was for 7 long years n still love both herb n vh4 had both but Hagen has something more. I actually also modded my grill. It's on with Velcro. If I lose a tube I just pull off face n I'm there.

I'm not a collector. I mod all my guitars no matter age make or value. I play en all hard. Nicks n scrapes are all part of live use. I mod my heads for speed if tubes fail. N now I colored a few knobs. If I sat in my fkn bedroom or cellar I really wouldn't care if they were all black because that would look really cool complete Hagen blackout ... But not practical live.
