Alright...

Couple questions. So of the 3 loops, 2 are serial, 1 is parallel.

In order to run the parallel, I have to rely on the effect's ON/OFF toggle to mesh it into the signal mix (that along with the mix/volume knob on the back of the Hagen), correct?

As for the switchable serial loop, this is what the toggle is for on the front of the amp, yes? And in order to have levels consistent, is this line level in/line level out on, say, an Eventide stomp? Or is this line level in/amp level out? I'm having a time trying to match levels with this particular loop.

And the last is the straight up serial loop. I'm imagining this is same as the parallel - you need to employ the ON/OFF of the effect itself to get it into the chain, yes?

Thanks Folks!

1) yes. Make sure the level on the fx unit is set to 100%. Adjust amount on the back of Hagen.
2) yes. Line level. Good pedals and 19" should work well here.
3) yes.

Dude, WTH are you messing with efx for? You got a Diezel Hagen!!! No need for efx...

Eventide TimeFactor.

It's the only thing the the Hagen ought to tolerate. On clean? On Ch.2? It's just that added little bit of dimension when playing, as I do most of the time, solo.

No harm, no foul

I use a Boss delay pedal to hide my lead notes :scared:

Glad to see we're ALL in agreement... And damn straights Reza, what's the point if there is no point

This thing is off the f*ckin' hook. First time in a LONG time my fingers are giving up before my heart and soul and equipment gives up...

That's exactly what happened to me, I play Hagen for an hour, rest for an hour or two, come back and play for another hour, then the fingertips really start getting a little sensitive, I have to pace myself or I will not be able to play at all, and we can't have that..
It's thoroughly addictive
