There is nothing on this amp I would change/improve or so.
It is perfect as it is, if you know what I mean.
All sounds/channels/features are awesome IMO.

Can you also please tell us what cab/speakers were used for the clips?

G12K100 speakers from a 4x12" cab (front), miced with an AKG (no idea which model, a "better" one" - lol)

Unfortunately there were always up to 6 people in that 2x3m room - and standing too close to the rear side of the mic adds this bloddy phasing crap . . . anyway, sorry for that, I cannot record much better under the given circumstances.

Oh man been waiting fr this clip all week.

Unbelievable,diezel scores again

Olaf, any chance we can get a sample with V30s, since this is more familiar to most people? Also a hempcone one would be great, I'm really interested in those lately.
The amp sounds great, am I very far off saying it reminds me most of the Einstein from the whole Diezel line up?

I'm sorry, we just recorded thru this cab. I'm sure there's more to come when guys like Ola or James Lugo or Andy have access to it.

No, Einstein is different IMO.
Ch1/1, Ch1/3 and Ch2 are very different. I hear similarities to the "Texas" mode in ch2 of Hagen, yes.
But thats it.

Aber sowas von. Würde ja evtl. meinen Herbert+Cash gegen Hagen tauschen aber das ist womöglich unmachbar ;-)

Argh - it sounds brilliant. Very interested, would you say it stretches the gap between the VH4 and the Schmidt?

Either way, love it :D

Kinda diggin' it thus far...Would really like to hear a channel by channel walk through that is recorded properly before a make any real judgements.

Couple thoughs:

1. seems to be the most "organic" voicing of any of the Diezels

2. tighter than the Herbert, but a bit looser than the VH4

3. nice crisp top-end, but voicing's "size" is primarily generated in the low-mids

4. cleans remind me more of "classic" clean amps...More so than any previous Diezel

5. seems insanely versitle (even for a Diezel)...A true "Swiss army knife"

6. seems a bit more accepting of high output, and even active pickups than the VH4, due to the decrease in compression

7. the most "Marshall" sounding amp in the Diezel line up

8. all, of this being said, it still DEFINATELY sounds like a Diezel...And ONLY a Diezel does.

Just my first impressions...

damn, i saved money for 1 year, to buy a 50 w einstein...

time to save money again :D

It's one of those amps that sounds like what many of us have been waiting for.

Well done Peter and co.!

This will be something I get in the future to replace my Herbert, no question!

I retract my previous statement that I made in the other thread with the demo video.... god DAMN this thing sounds incredible...

I like Peter playing the Tele the most - esp. the heavier stuff at the end of his part. And of course Artur playing some funky stuff.

Peter kicks ass on both, Tele as well as LP. But I agree, the Tele is even more im- and expressive
