holy sh$*... I thought Big Wreck was just a rock pop one hit wonder... check this video and the gear they're playing .. oh my damn, that lead is ridiculous!

Fortin, bogner, Music man, saw some dumble-ish stuff, caught a slo or two on a few other videos... crazy cool gear!

They are my favorite band currently. I hope they tour in Southern California.

I've heard their name but not that familiar with them. Good old hard rock, nice guitar solo.

I've seen them live several times now. Thornley is a monster player and great singer!

Ian Thornley is a monster player, with serious song writing chops.

Awesome slide player too.

Big Wreck at their finest:

They have been one of my favorite bands since 1997. This is the song that got me into them and my favorite tune from them.

Check this out for a MONSTER solo that starts around 4:30. I mean HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!

This is my favorite BW song. Just absolutely killer groove.

Great tune, great album! That Song is the one that got me into them, way back when. On set break years ago the house sound guy played a mix disc...had to ask him who that was after I heard it...The Oaf is great but That Song I will always remember the most.

That first vid solo reminds me of Steve Morse

  I was going to post the same thing. I like them but I wish his vocals weren't so washed out in 'verb. Takes of too much edge. I like what I hear in the music but it's too smoothly produced for me to really love it.

Possibly my favorite band since I stumbled across the Albatross video. Thornley has it all.

I wish there were more bands of this quality and song writing releasing music.

Man, I hope they tour Southern California!!!!

Only heard them myself the other day... Really catchy..
Ghosts sounds like a bastard child of Edge of 17 and please please tell me now by Duran Duran :)

Ian is one of my favorite vocalist, dude has got some serious pipes
