amen....this victimization dogma in society by younger people is pathetic nowadays. I actually am in awe at work sometimes how I hear about HR complaints and how these people turn things around with their belief that its someone else's fault they did things not to policy. blows my mind how nobody owns it...ever.

Another example is how my brother in law who manages a company went through a "How to talk to millennials" class for work....HR made management go through that crap.
