Yes, he will. I've bought several from him and he will do as agreed. Since he shit canned that other Frenchman working for him, and isn't off on 2 year AC/DC tours and doesn't rely on dealers and forum trolls, he's actually turned things around and making a good penetration into the market as far as endorsements. But, his biggest target is studios.

this is very true...he has done some great things for me already. He has one of my amps now for updates. He is very easy to work with and straight to the point- which is appreciated. Not the kind of guy you would want to bug weekly about status updates though...lol just be patient and the work will be done.

Some people are a bit more sensitive when it gets to customer service, in this case it's pretty much a on 1-on-1 basis. I get where these people coming from. Personnally, as long as the dude is up front, honest, and delivers the product I paid for, he can be an uber-douche, I can deal with it

No, about 4 years ago. Wrong switching, wrong cabs. Ate my shorts on that one. Rick is cool enough. Wizard amps we carried at the time sounded great - why I ordered. But he did himself a disservice with me on that transaction.
