I have a Fender Vibrolux CVR with the Fromel mods (which kinda make it a '63 vibroverb reissue) -- I'd like to see if there are some simple gain mods that could be done to the amp to make it more suitable to my needs. I've not found a distortion pedal that I feel sounds right, so I'd like to try to get the gain from the amp itself.
