That's great but he's also been bitten many times. I think there are legitimate uses for stuff like shock collars and muzzles which is why they are sold it's just this dude is overusing them with his dog. I don't actually see the point of having a shock collar installed for a normal everyday house dog.Caesar Milan does the "che"/"shi" thing and pinches the dogs and stuff.... He ain't shoving animals and he knows what he's doing
My guess is the guy has a control freak personality and little/no control over other aspects of life so taking it out on the dog is the net result.
