Have a Pink Taco...what would you add to it...

New member and poster here. Lots of great info here. I'm active on Mylespaul but love the amp threads here!

I'm in the market for another Friedman and have a PT that is a true keeper. If you could add any Friedman what would it be? I'm considering the BE the Dirty Shirley and the Smallbox.

I'm a home player and really any of the 3 are overkill but I'm looking for variety. There is overlap I'm afraid with the SB and BE with the PT....

I don't know...spend my money for me and tell me why! Thanks everyone...
 
I'd say the Smallbox. It's suppose to have a killer plexi channel and a BE channel.
 
I have a PT and will likely add a BE right away. Id REALLY like a 100w Smallbox lol. Or a BE with the Plexi Channel instead of Clean.
 
...went Smallbox give the Plexi side and BE channel as well as the wattage. I'll keep everyone posted!

I'm also very happy with the Pink Taco .... and i played the Smallbox for two weeks.

One thing is sure ... also if the BE Channels have similar things , they sound all a bit different in the different amps (which is a good thing)...

If you take the Smallbox , you will have the best Plexi Channel ,what you can buy ... the BE side on the Smallbox sounds very woody and old, organic ,grungy .... but also a bit stiffer and not as Spongy like the Taco (because of the powersection i think)

The BE100 is pure Rock, organic but more modern sounding than the Small Box.
