Slash is the most overrated. Doesn't suck, but gets way too much credit for one good (ok great) albums' worth of work.
Zakk is getting there. How long can you ride that pinch harmonic? As long as Ozzy lets you I guess.
If overrated is what were are talking about (not musicianship, tone or anything else) then these guys fit the bill. They are both way better me.

I can see that. But you can't dismiss so many great songs that have come out of the guy...That's my only point really. I'm not basing this stuff on pure technique. That's not music. Take DragonForce for example...ugh...
