finally got both MEQ's working ...Modfactor has always been last in MIDI chain, so I have never bothered set it to "MIDI thru" ...the Timefactor was set to "MIDI thru:" in order to send to Modfactor ...I had kinda forgot that he he ...so it was not transmitting to EQ's ...funny how it is always something that is so simple ...so let the fun begin, it's program preset time
