Your vid doesn't have the bright cut that the Friedman Akira vid has, but it may be a mic placement issue. I can't see how they have the cab mic'd in the Friedman vid, but if it's close mic'd vs your camera mic in the room, that could account for the difference.

What does it sound like in the room?

What would happen if you turned up the presence on the DSL?

I got more bottom. If i turned up the Presence on the DSL it would asplode me in two.

Srsly tho that amp is brite. in the room it comes off more brite.
