Help! I want a Gotoh 510 like on a Suhr

I have a strat that has a 6 screw that I want to convert to a 2-point gotoh like the ones on a Suhr.

Question is, do they come with steel blocks or zinc? Also, what about the saddles? Are they stainless or is that something I'd have to get separately? I checked online and there are just so many. I don't want vintage saddles like the style that's on my strat now

One more thing. Its a mim strat and does anyone know the size I would need?
