I use a 60 on the bottom too, no problem getting it through the tuner at all. Maybe that tuner had a burr on it or thumbscrew on top wasn't open far enough?

That´s just wierd, because I took of the thumbscrew completely sometimes 
A friend of mine has the CU22 and the SC250, and he can´t get heavier than .58 through either

That is wierd. I've had up to a .064 in there with no modification.
