Im looking to hook up my other guitarist with something better than his God awful sounding Line6 spidervalve

He plays tele's...one standard deluxe and a thineline. He also has a custom made strat with emg singles

Im wanting to build him a small board with a tuner, delay, some sort of chorus/phaser, fuzz/dirt pedal and a wah

Give me some ideas. I've had it with his horrible tone  Oh, and he's lazy and it needs to be lightweight and portable!

He needs tonal intervention

Get a new guitar player with better gear!!!!!

The Peavy Classic 30 is decent for the price!! I vote for the Bogner Shiva Combo, if it is in his price range. Another option would be the Mesa Boogie Lonestar.

Tom, I had a Rivera Jake combo that I really liked. 2x12, GBs, 50 watt amp. Designed to cop Fender Blackface tones on the clean, Plexi style tones on the OD channel. If I had half a brain at the time, I would have kept that amp and still be using it today!

I thought about the classic 30. might be best bang for the buck

Jeff, those Riveras are kinda pricey...and not alot on the used market

I was also thinking about a Budda Superdrive 18 or 30
